On – Campus Residence Halls

Enjoy Miami Campus Housing!   Residence Housing is available for guests 18 years or older for guests that are officially registered with a Miami University Summer Workshop, Seminar and Conference.

SUMMER 2017 Residence Hall HOUSING:
~ Rooms are available between May 22nd and August 6th 2017.
~ For Short Term Stays ( less then 6 weeks): $58+ tax per room/per night
~ For Long Term Stays (6 weeks or more): $29.25+ tax per room/per night
A 4% NON REFUNDABLE Administration fee will be charged for all reservations.
Accommodations include:
~ Traditional residence hall style rooms with one, extra long, twin bed, community restrooms. All accommodations are air conditioned.

Note: It is recommended that you book your rooms as early as possible as this weekend is also during the summer orientation at Miami.

Directions

– There is a fair amount of construction on the highways and roadways in and around Oxford that may delay your arrival.  Summer is orange cone season in Ohio. Please allow for additional time to accommodate these inconveniences.

Arriving from the east on OH 73: Coming up the hill you will enter Oxford at a T-intersection with recreation fields to your right. Turn right at the light onto Patterson Ave. (US 27) . Continue through the first traffic light (High St.), past the Psychology Building on your left, and turn left onto Withrow Ln. The parking lot and garage will be on your left.

Arriving from the northwest on US 27: Follow the signs for US 27 into “uptown” Oxford, onto the brick street (High St.). Continue straight through the series of lights, following High St. into campus. Continue through one more light (Talawanda Rd.) and then turn left at the next light (Patterson Ave.). After you pass the Psychology Building on your left, turn left onto Withrow Ln. The parking lot and garage will be on your left

Arriving from the southeast on US 27: Coming up the hill you will enter Oxford at a traffic light. Continue straight on US 27 (Patterson Ave.), past the art museum on your right. Continue through three traffic lights, past the Psychology Building on your left, and turn left onto Withrow Ln. The parking lot and garage will be on your left.

Parking

• Visitors should use the North Campus parking garage which is a paid lot (~$1/hr) adjacent to the Psychology Building; enter from Withrow Lane.

–  Those staying in the Marcum Conference Center may park in their guest lot throughout the conference as Marcum and the Psychology Building are very close in walking distance.

–  If you are staying in an Oxford hotel, look on the map, it may still be within walking distance though it might be a bit of a walk (15 min, e.g., Best Western, The Elms, Hampton Inn)

– Those who need to park in the North Campus Parking garage just to the west of the Psychology building:  it is likely that there will be signs pointing the way to the garage that are left over from our New Student Orientation.  They are large signs.  They take the traffic to the intersection of Patterson and High Street (US 27 takes a 90 turn there) and then north on Patterson for a brief extent and then left on Withrow Lane.  This is the only means into the garage.  Do not be dismayed by the construction.
